Eggtown
Synopsis
Before you watch
Eggtown aired on February 21, 2008. Stephen Williams directed, and Elizabeth Sarnoff wrote it with Greggory Nations, in the first of his three scripts. Nations was the show’s keeper of continuity, the person who knew every detail of every episode.
Where things stand: Sayid has made a deal with Locke, and we have seen a glimpse of his future off the Island. The survivors are still split into two camps, and the four freighter people are on the Island with their own reasons for being there. Trust is in short supply on both sides of the divide.
Kate goes on trial in the future, and Locke’s leadership of the Barracks is tested. It is Kate’s turn at the centre again, and the story also checks in on how Locke runs things now that he has people following him. Settle in for a quieter, character-driven hour.
