Synopsis
Before you watch
Greatest Hits aired on May 16, 2007, the week before the season finale. Stephen Williams directed, and Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz wrote it, their tenth script together.
Where things stand: Ben’s origin on the Island has been revealed, and he has taken Locke to meet someone. Juliet is now part of the camp, and Desmond has had his vision of a parachutist.
This is Charlie’s episode: he prepares for a dangerous mission and writes a list of his greatest moments. Charlie has been on the Island since the first day, and the show has given him addiction, music, Claire and her baby, and a lot of growing up to do. Watch the people around him.
