White Rabbit
Synopsis
Before you watch
White Rabbit aired on October 20, 2004. The title points to Alice in Wonderland, the first of many book references the show slips into its titles and props.
Where things stand: Locke has led a boar hunt, and the camp has started to sort itself into the people who lead, the people who follow and the people who keep to themselves. Everyone is looking at Jack to decide things, whether he wants that or not.
Kevin Hooks directed, and Christian Taylor wrote it. It is Taylor’s only Lost script. The stakes are set out from the start: there is a water crisis on the beach, and Jack goes into the jungle after something he cannot explain. The official magazine printed pages of this script twice, in 2006 and again in 2009. It is a Jack episode, so it is the first real look at the man the others keep turning to.
