One of Them

One of Them aired on February 15, 2006. Stephen Williams directed, and Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse wrote it.

Where things stand: Sawyer has pulled off a con and taken control of the camp’s weapons. Charlie has had his visions, and the Others have drawn a line. DRRousseau is still out in the jungle on her own terms.

This is Sayid’s third episode as the focus, after Solitary and The Greater Good. DRRousseau captures a man who claims to be a balloonist, and Sayid interrogates him. Williams later told the official magazine how the crew built Sayid’s backstory scenes out of an abandoned military installation on Oʻahu, with set dressing and visual effects. The title asks the question the whole camp is asking. Keep it in your head for the rest of the season.
