The Hunting Party

Synopsis

Before you watch

The Hunting Party aired on January 18, 2006. Stephen Williams directed, and Elizabeth Sarnoff wrote it with Christina M. Kim, in the first of Kim’s six scripts for the show.

Where things stand: Eko has confronted Charlie about the Virgin Mary statues, and someone in camp has come face to face with the Monster. The survivors from both halves of the plane are trying to live as one group, and the Hatch still needs looking after.

This is Jack’s sixth episode as the focus. Michael runs off and Jack leads a search party after him, and the Others draw a line. From here on the show treats the Others as a force in the story rather than a rumour. Expect a jungle episode, tense and fast, with a group that does not fully trust its leader.
