Synopsis
Before you watch
Do No Harm aired on April 6, 2005, the last new episode for four weeks. The title is the oldest rule in medicine, and Jack is the only doctor on the Island. Stephen Williams directed, and Janet Tamaro wrote it, her only Lost script before she went on to create Rizzoli and Isles.
Where things stand: Locke and Boone have spent weeks trying to get into the Hatch, and their search has taken them far from camp. Claire has been pregnant since the crash, and the camp has known for a while that the baby will come on the Island.
The setup is short and clear: Jack fights to save a life, while a new life arrives. It is Jack’s fourth episode as the focus. Off-Island scenes were filmed at The Kahala Hotel and Resort, a landmark beachfront hotel east of Diamond Head that opened in 1964. Give yourself a minute when it ends.
