He's Our You
Synopsis
Before you watch
He’s Our You aired on March 25, 2009. Greg Yaitanes directed, his first Lost episode since Special in the first season. Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz wrote it.
Where things stand: the returning group has had to blend into DHARMA in 1977, and Sun is searching for Jin in the present. Everyone on the Island is living a cover story of some kind, and the strain is starting to show.
This is Sayid’s first episode as the main focus since The Economist in the fourth season. DHARMA captures him, and he comes face to face with young Ben Linus. Ben has been the show’s great puzzle since the second season. The title sounds like a riddle, and it makes sense once you have seen the episode. Watch the next one soon after.
