Synopsis
Before you watch
Sundown aired on March 2, 2010. Bobby Roth directed his third and last episode of the show, and it is the first Lost script by Paul Zbyszewski and Graham Roland as a pair.
Where things stand: Jack and Hurley have found a lighthouse, and Jack has been made to face his role on the Island. Sawyer has been recruited by the Man in Black. Back at the Temple, Sayid has been given a second chance, and nobody there is quite sure what that means.
This is Sayid’s episode: he faces a choice at the Temple while the Man in Black makes his move. The flash-sideways keeps going alongside it. Sayid has always been the survivor most at war with himself, and the show has spent five seasons asking whether he is a good man who does bad things or something harder to name. Keep that question in mind.
