The Island keeps a tally. Here it is, counted up to your episode and not one past it.
The idea for a running body count comes from The LOST Notebook, Mike Hanttula's fan site from 2005 and 2006, whose stats page kept the tally while the show was still on the air. Groups whose exact toll the show never pins down are counted at their lowest and marked at least.
