Guys, where the heck are we?
Last night was awesome! (However, as a good steward of my time at work, I'll wait to make an enormous post until after 5pm.)
Feel free to start commenting on last night though! I would love to hear your thoughts, theories, etc.!!

So Seriously…

We're in purgatory. Jacob is (was?) Jesus and the "new" John Locke is Lucifer.
At least that's my theory...
LOVED it.
It went very FAST.
Where is Beau's 1/2 sister/girl friend?
It was GREAT!!! I love that the smoke monster was the man in black with smokey colored hair. They are like good and evil...and yes, it does seem like Jacob is Jesus and the smoke monster is the devil. He found a loophole and killed him, but he will return (or already has). But, I have the same question as Ron. Where was Shannon? Is her absence significant or not? Everybody was such a loser or lost soul before they came to the island. The island gave them all a purpose and brought out the best in them.
Odd that Beau would even mention that he left her in AU and she was no where to bee seen on the plane. How about Claire?
Shannon's absence was interesting, but it wasn't the only thing different, Desmond was on the plane, Christian's coffin wasn't on the plane, we don't know if Michael, Walt, Ana Lucia, and Libby (among others) were on the plane or not. I also think the Losties are perhaps being setup to make this flight again (Boone going back for Shannon, Jack going back for Christian, Charlie going back to be prosecuted for drugs, etc.) because the island would draw them in, no matter what other circumstances surrounded them.
Good point, Jonna. I think you're right. But I have another question about Sawyer and Juliet. If "it worked" and the plane crash never happened, wouldn't she still be stuck on the island working for Ben. Or is there another fact that i'm missing? How could she be making a coffee date with Sawyer?
How about Sayid coming back to life? Was this Jacob taking over Sayid's body, like how "The Devil" took over Locke's?
If that's not the case then we can assume that the water in the Temple brought Sayid back to life right? So why not dig up Juliet and drop her into the bath? That's what I would do.
